Data bundle users should confirm the selected total allowance, which remains available until used and never expires. If upgrading during a monthly cycle, the confirmation page shows the remaining days after converting the price difference.
After completion, check account and subscription status in the user panel, then open the download area for the relevant platform client and subscription details. The marketing page does not provide static installers or subscription URLs; delivery is handled within the account.
REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, read the refund policy first and submit the relevant order details through a user-panel ticket. The ticket links the account, plan, and payment record, helping prevent delays caused by incomplete information.
Before submitting, confirm whether the issue concerns plan selection, client configuration, or route connectivity. If a route does not suit the target service, try switching regions or route types first. For client import, subscription update, or account-status issues, include the platform and symptoms in the ticket. Submit the refund request under the refund policy once a refund is confirmed as necessary.
The refund promise applies to the plans shown on the monthly plan and data bundle pages. Processing follows the refund policy and order records. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; provide information that identifies the relevant order, and do not submit account details on public pages.
