ACCOUNT

Create an Account and Open the User Panel

Start by opening the VPNCF account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. The username will be used to sign in later, while the password protects your account, so use a unique combination reserved for this service and confirm both fields match before submitting. When finished, the page will take you to the user panel. If the browser remains on the sign-in screen, use the username and password you just created to log in.

After entering the panel, confirm that the account status is displayed correctly in the top section or account overview. It is normal not to have a subscription yet; the next step is to choose a plan. Do not save your password in browser bookmarks, public documents, or chat logs. When you need to return, use “Log in” on the right side of this site’s navigation to open the same panel.

If the form says the username is already taken, return to the field, choose another username, and submit again. If the passwords do not match, simply re-enter them as prompted. No client installation or subscription link is needed at this stage. Account setup is complete when you can open the user panel and see entries such as Plans, Downloads, Orders, and Account Overview.

Start Free Then continue by choosing a plan that fits your current usage.

PLAN

Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order

Open the Plans section in the user panel and first decide how you plan to use the service. For ongoing use with monthly traffic reset on the activation date, choose a monthly subscription: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, or ¥28/month with 500GB. For occasional use or traffic that should not reset monthly, view the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Traffic remains available until used and never expires.

Do not compare plans by price alone; estimate your main usage first. Everyday browsing and lightweight tools usually consume less data, while extended high-resolution video, frequent large-file syncing, or continuous connections across multiple devices use data faster. VPNCF does not limit the number of devices, but all devices on the same subscription share the plan’s traffic. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through its term, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days; see the order confirmation page for the exact result.

Once you have chosen a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, traffic allowance, and amount due. Then select a payment method currently available on the page, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, do not create the same order again; return to Orders or Account Overview to check its status first. The subscription appears in the panel only after payment status has synchronized. If the page still shows processing, refresh the order status later.

All plans support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, covering 120+ countries / 170+ routes. You do not need to study every route before your first connection: choose a plan that fits your traffic needs, then adjust the region and route type based on actual use. The service includes a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the refund policy for eligibility and processing rules.

View Plans in Panel After the order takes effect, return to Account Overview to get your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription in the User Panel

After the order takes effect, open Account Overview in the user panel. Subscription details are usually near the remaining traffic, expiration status, and client entry points. Find “Copy Subscription” or a similarly named button and click it to place the link on your clipboard. The subscription link lets clients retrieve the route list and receive future updates. It is not a regular web address and should not be opened by pasting it into a browser address bar.

If you need to identify the link format in this guide, think of it as an address like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is an invalid example and does not correspond to a real VPNCF subscription. The real link can only be obtained from the logged-in user panel and should not be posted on forums, in screenshots, public notes, or shared documents. If someone else obtains the link, they may consume your traffic, and managing device configurations becomes more difficult.

After copying the link, keep the panel open for now. Next, open the download area for your current device to get the appropriate client and import instructions. If the copy button gives no feedback, check whether the browser allows the page to write to the clipboard. You can also use the panel’s manual-copy option: select the entire link and copy it. Do not omit the end of the link or include spaces or line breaks before or after it.

If the subscription still does not appear in Account Overview, check the payment status in Orders instead of placing the order again. If the order is active but the subscription section has not updated, reload the page and sign in again. If you still cannot retrieve it, open a support ticket from the user panel and include the order status and the location of the problem. Do not paste the complete subscription link into the ticket.

Open Account Overview After copying, import the subscription into the client on your current device.

CLIENTS

Import the Subscription on Each Platform

Start by opening the client download area from the user panel. It provides the client entry and subscription import instructions for your current system. You must be signed in and have an active plan to access the client. This page does not provide direct links to standalone installers, helping avoid mismatches between client versions, system architectures, and subscription status. After installation, the main task is to give the client the subscription link you copied in the previous step and run an update.

Windows

In the user panel’s download area, choose Windows and follow the system prompts to get and install the VPNCF client or a compatible subscription client listed in the panel. Open the client and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Import from URL.” Paste the subscription link from your clipboard into the address field, save it, and run an update. Once the route list appears, keep the system proxy or connection mode at the client’s recommended default, then continue to route selection.

If no routes appear after pasting, first check that there are no extra spaces at either end of the address, then click Update manually. Windows security prompts may ask you to confirm permission to run the app. Verify that the app came from the entry provided in the user panel, then follow the system instructions. Do not download similarly named programs from unknown pages or rewrite route parameters in the subscription manually.

macOS

Switch to macOS in the panel’s download area and follow the device chip and system prompts to get the appropriate client. The first launch may ask you to approve network-extension or configuration permissions; these are used to establish the device’s network connection, so complete them in System Settings as prompted. In the client, open Configuration or Subscription Management, choose Add from Link, paste the complete subscription address, and save it.

After saving, update the subscription. Seeing region and route names indicates that the import is complete. If the client already contains old configurations, give the VPNCF subscription a clear name so you do not select the wrong source when connecting. Do not enable multiple network tools that manage the system proxy at the same time, as their connection states may override one another.

Android

Sign in to the user panel through a browser on your Android device, open the download area, and choose Android. After installing the client provided in the panel, return to Account Overview and copy the subscription link. Launch the client, open Subscription Management or Configuration, choose Add Subscription, and use “Import from Clipboard” or “Import from URL.” Save the name, tap Update, and wait for the route list to be saved locally.

When connecting for the first time, Android displays a network-connection authorization dialog. Confirm it so the client can manage network traffic on the device. If the list is blank after import, check whether the app can access the network and update again from the subscription page. Some systems restrict background operation. If the connection drops after the screen locks, adjust the background policy in battery settings as the client recommends. For complex cases, continue with Troubleshooting.

iOS

On your iOS device, open the download area in the user panel and follow the page instructions to the appropriate client entry. After installation, return to Account Overview and copy the subscription, then open the client’s Configuration or Subscription page. Choose Add Configuration, Import from URL, or Read from Clipboard, save the link, and update the route list. Entry names vary by client, but the goal is the same: add a remote subscription that can update automatically.

When starting the connection for the first time, the system asks for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it, then return to the client, choose a route, and connect. If other network configurations already exist in system settings, avoid enabling them at the same time during testing so you can confirm that the current exit comes from the newly imported subscription. If the subscription update fails, disconnect first and then update; do not repeatedly delete the entire client.

Get the Client Once the route list appears, continue by choosing a region and connecting.

CONNECT

Choose a Route and Connect

After the subscription update finishes, the client displays multiple regions and route types. Choose based on the target service’s region rather than the route name alone. For websites, streaming services, or AI tools available in a specific region, prioritize a matching region. For ordinary cross-border browsing, start by testing a nearby Asian route. VPNCF covers 120+ countries / 170+ routes; the actual list depends on what the client receives during the subscription update.

Route types typically include IEPL, relay, and direct connections. IEPL is better suited to sustained connections where stability matters. Relay routes pass through an optimized entry point before reaching the target region and work well for most everyday use. Direct routes are simpler, but performance is more susceptible to changes in local carriers and cross-border links. You do not need to test every route initially; start with an IEPL or relay route matching the target region, then adjust it based on how your apps perform.

Select a route, then click the client’s connection switch or start button. Desktop clients usually show the connection status in the menu bar, taskbar, or main window, while mobile clients display a network connection indicator in the system status area. Wait until the client clearly shows that it is connected before opening the website or app you need. Avoid switching between several routes immediately after pressing Connect; the previous connection may still be in progress, making the status difficult to interpret.

The same subscription can be used on unlimited devices, but all devices share the account’s traffic. For easier troubleshooting, import and verify the subscription on one device first, then repeat the same steps on other devices. This makes it easier to determine whether a problem comes from the account, subscription, route, or a client setting on one device.

VERIFY

Verify the Connection and Complete Basic Troubleshooting

After the client reports a successful connection, open this site’s Network Check page and see whether your current exit information has changed. Then open the website or app you actually need and confirm that sign-in, loading, and content access work as expected. A changed client icon alone is not enough: local proxy mode, an app-specific network setting, or an old connection cache may keep some traffic off the current route.

If the exit information has not changed, return to the client and confirm that the connection is still enabled. Then check whether the correct system proxy or global routing mode is selected. Mode names vary by client, so follow the recommended setting in the user panel instructions. After changing it, close and reopen the target website or app, then run the network check again. Do not enable multiple network clients at once, as the last program launched may override the system proxy.

If the exit has changed but one website will not open, switch to another route in the same region and reload the page. If no websites are accessible, disconnect the client and check whether the local network is working. If it is, update the subscription once and reconnect. When only a specific app has problems, check whether it uses a separate proxy, private DNS, or settings that do not follow the system network configuration.

For slow speeds, evening congestion, frequent disconnects, failed subscription updates, mobile background drops, or DNS issues, avoid changing many settings blindly in this quick guide. Open Troubleshooting, choose the section matching your symptom, and eliminate possible causes in order: local network, client status, route region, and system settings. When submitting a support ticket, include the device system, client type, selected route, affected step, and steps already tried—but never include the complete subscription link or account password.

Once the exit check and real-app test are complete, the basic connection process is finished. When adding another device, sign in to the same account, get the client and subscription from the user panel, and repeat the import, update, connect, and verify steps. Plan traffic and order status are shown in the user panel, while the client keeps the route list synchronized through subscription updates.
